Aichatou Oumou Gaye displayed her spelling prowess as she came out second during the 2018 edition of the Epelle Le, the French version of the English Spelling Bee organized by the Young Educators Foundation.
Aisha was among 120 participants from nine schools in Accra and Tema, who competed for a chance to be crowned the winner of the competition. At the end of the competition, Aichatou came out second while Manuella from Kay-Billie-Klaer came first. As First Runner-up, she was awarded a certificate and a cash prize of GHS 800.00.
In 2017, our very own Panin Acheampong came out as the Champion, beating FALSYD and St Martin’s De Porres.
In attendance were school teachers, sponsors, and cheerleaders from schools of the participants.
Aichatou Oumou Gaye, the whole Ronsard family is very proud of you! Congratulations!
